Q1: How do I set up a transfer?

A: Setting up a transfer is easy, and can be done in a few simple steps.

To start, choose your delivery method. Then enter the recipient details, the amount you want to send and pay for the transfer with either a debit card or by bank transfer.

Your transfer will then be processed and delivered to your recipient. The delivery time of your transfer may vary depending on the country you are sending to, the delivery method you choose and how you pay for the transfer.

Q2: How long will my transfer take?

A: On average turn-around time for your transfer with Nittygritty is 1-2 hrs, but could be processed within 30mins.

If you pay with a bank transfer in the UK, it can take up to 1 hr for your payment to reach Nittygritty account. For other European countries, it can take up to 1 workings days, in this case the transfer may be processed later than usual.

Once we have received your payment, we will immediately process your transfer and notify you via email and push notification. Payments done by card are a much faster option, as they only take a few minutes to reach our account.

Please note that sometimes transfers can take a little bit longer if additional documents are required or if you send money over the weekend or on public holidays.

Q3: Can I track the status of my transfer?

A: Your transfer is important to us, so we provide status updates that allow you to easily track your transfer. When you first submit your transfer, you’ll receive a receipt with your reference number. We will send you an update if you make any changes to the transfer, or if it is delayed for any reason. At any time you can sign into your account and select “Transactions” to view all of your status updates.

A: To make changes to your account information, first go to your account Settings Sign in to your account. Select “Settings”. From “Settings”, select “Profile information”. To change your password Select “edit password”. Enter your current password. Enter your new password twice. Select “change password” to complete and save your changes. To change your address, Select, “edit address”. Enter your new address. Select “change address” to complete and save your changes. To change your phone number, Select, “edit phone number”. Enter your new phone number. Select “change phone number” to complete and save your changes. To change your email address, Select, “edit email address”. Enter your new email address Select “change email” to complete and save your changes.

A: Sending money with Nittygritty4rex is easy. We give you choices so you can decide how you want to send or receive money. First, use your email address to create a free account on our website. Enter the amount of money you want to send, your recipient’s information, and your payment information.

Q9: How do I make complaint?

A: If you are dissatisfied with any of our service, we encourage that you contact us through our various contact details and we will attend to your complaint promptly.

Q10: How do I change or cancel my transfer?

A: You can make changes to your recipient or delivery method if your transfer is not already complete. Simply contact us and provide your reference number, and we’ll help you with any changes you’d like to make. Changes will be applied immediately and may cause your transfer to be delayed. To cancel a transfer Nittygritty4rex has made this easy to do when logged in from our website or app: Locate your transfer receipt by clicking “Transfer history” on our website. Go to the bottom of your Transaction receipt, and select "Cancel transfer." We will ask you to provide a reason for your cancellation. Providing this reason will help us improve our service. Once your transfer is cancelled we will provide you with a new receipt and send you an email confirming your cancellation and your refund status.

Q11: How do I pay by a bank transfer?

A: At Nittygritty4rex, we pride ourselves at giving our customers fantastic rate and a very competitive service fee. After setting up your Nittygritty transfer, you’ll need to send the total amount of your transfer from your own bank account into our bank account. You can do this through online banking, calling your bank, or visiting your bank in person.

Please use the Nittygritty bank details on your transfer status page and include the reference number. To find your transfer status and reference number, log into the Nittygritty app or website and select the relevant transfer on your home screen.

Remember, Banks usually don’t process transfers or credit accounts during the weekends or public holidays, so in such case your payment may reach us on the next working day.

Q12: How will I know if my bank transfer payment to Nittygritty was successful?

A: Bank transfers in GBP usually reach our account within 12 hours. Bank transfers in EUR usually reach our account within 48 hours. Once we have received your payment, we will process your transfer and notify you via email or push notification.
